What 'services', exactly?

Out of curiosity, I checked to make certain someone hadn't superglued the lid shut. Seeing this wasn't the case, the services below came to mind 'the note leaver' may have been alluding to:

• Shoe shine service
• Book cart service
• Last minute gift shopping
• Manicure
• Oil change (filter extra)
• Annulments
• Ikea furniture assembly hotline
• The Rockettes ticket order service (Special guest: U2)
• Meals On Wheels

P.S. Later in the day, the sign was changed to 'service' (singular) and switched to another stall.
