Rumor has it "The Dry Spot" car wash franchises are located in Arizona. And the only town or city in The Grand Canyon State that doesn't have one is Douglas. I cannot tell you why.

Yes, I am amazed at that $1.25 price tag. Really a car wash for only that amount of money??? Do they use water???
